Belated Easter Dinner

Whoowhee I am pooped. Saturday night I had a belated Easter dinner. Belated because I managed to get sick for actual Easter and didn't think it was the best way to celebrate the renewal of spring by contaminating my guests with my germs.

And despite the delay, I got my own Easter miracle: everything was prepped an hour before guests arrived.

Usually everything is prepped an hour after guests arrive.
